What is Ejari and why do I need it?
Ejari is a tenancy registration system operated by the Dubai Land Department. An Ejari certificate is a legally recognised tenancy document that is required by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) as proof of a business address when issuing or renewing a mainland trade license. Without a valid Ejari, you cannot maintain an active DED license.
What does 'unlimited bank inspection' mean?
When you apply to open a corporate bank account in the UAE, the bank's compliance team is required to visit your registered business address to verify the business is genuinely operating there.
