The 20th floor location offers panoramic city views that make a memorable impression before anyone sits down.
Every room is equipped with a 4K display, integrated video conferencing, an interactive whiteboard, and high-speed dedicated internet. A professional receptionist greets your guests by name at the building entrance and shows them to your room. Complimentary still and sparkling water and specialty coffee are provided for all sessions. Catering - from light refreshments to full working lunches - can be arranged with advance notice.
Rooms are bookable by the hour at AED 270, half day (4 hours) at AED 1,000, or full day (8 hours) from AED 1,000. Booking is confirmed instantly online. You do not need to be a Jetset member to book - the rooms are open to any business or individual who needs a professional meeting space in Business Bay. All prices exclude 5% UAE VAT.

Is parking available for guests?
Prime Tower has basement parking available for visitors. We recommend guests use the building's paid parking or the Business Bay Metro Station, which is a 4-minute walk from the tower.
