For teams requiring multiple desks, team coworking plans are priced at AED 2,400 per desk per month.

What is the difference between a hot desk and a dedicated desk?
A hot desk (AED 1,800/month) gives you access to any available seat in the shared workspace during business hours on a first-come basis. A dedicated desk (AED 2,400/month) is a permanently assigned, personalised desk with 24/7 keycard access that you can lock and treat as your own.
Can I use the Business Bay address on my trade license?
The Business Bay mailing address is included with dedicated desk plans. For official Ejari documentation required for trade license issuance with DED, you would need our Virtual Office & Ejari package.
Are day passes available on short notice?
Yes. Day passes are available at AED 80 per day and can be booked on the same day subject to availability. Contact us on WhatsApp for instant confirmation.
Do I get 24/7 access with a hot desk?
