Are contracts month-to-month?
Yes - all our plans are available on monthly rolling contracts. We also offer 3, 6, and 12-month terms with discounts for longer commitments.
What's included in the price?
All plans include high-speed internet, air conditioning, cleaning, building access, and use of shared amenities. Private offices also include the receptionist, mail handling, and IT support.
Is there a deposit?
A deposit of 10% of the annual rent, or one month's rent - whichever is higher - is required upon signing. This is fully refundable at the end of your contract, subject to the space being returned in good condition.
Can I upgrade or downsize my plan?
Absolutely. You can move between plans at any time with 30 days' notice. We'll help you find the right space as your team grows.
Do prices include VAT?
All quoted prices are exclusive of 5% UAE VAT, which will be added to your invoice.
